The management and staff at Compton Court Apartments work hard to make your residency with us pleasant for everyone. Each tenant is given a highlight sheet emphasizing key issues in the lease. We also provide valuable information regarding tenant rights, responsibilites and maintenance issues.

Tenant Feedback/Maintenance issues:

Occasionally you will need to contact staff outside of office hours. You can phone and leave a message on voicemail or you can email the office. Emergency phone numbers are provided.

For non-emergency maintenance requests, the following information must be provided:

  • Your Name
  • Your Phone number
  • Your email address
  • Your suite number
  • Your message or request

Please note: Email messages are sent directly to the office at Compton Court and are kept private and confidential, used only to respond to you. When requesting maintenance by phone, email or in-person, 24 hour notice will be given unless permission to enter is granted.
